- the word multi- media is made up of two words ; 'multi' and media' the word'multi' refers to more then one and the world'media refers to the way through which one can express information. there are many differention media to communication. of inforemation are text audio video pictures and animation. when you describe a dinosaur to a person using only audio nedium the person will not get clear view about the dinosaur. way if you describe something using only plain texts then the desceiptionmay not be so effective and understandable.
